Canine Friendly Key West Vacation
Hello All. In June I went to the beach. It was a tail wagging good time. I had never been to the beach before and found the experience to be filled with lots great new experiences.
We went to Key West and stayed at the Travelers Palm.
It was beautiful. They had a pool that I lounged around with my Peoples. I had so much fun laying in the sun, and going for walks down Duval Street. I meet other animals to play with; we had a romping good time.
We also visited a dog beach on Waddell Avenue! Bark! Bark! Just a quick trot away. I had so much fun playing with other dogs. We chased each other and then chased some birds, ran in the water, splashed around. I was exhausted!!! Thankfully my people always bring water and treats.
The next day we were up early, I was so excited. We went to Lazy Dog Kayak and rented a kayak. I immediately jumped in the front of the kayak and navigated. I saw fish swimming in the water. It's fun to bark and scatter them.
Later we drove to Blue Heaven for breakfast, yummy lobster benedict! And OH! I had never seen a chicken before! They were everywhere! And cats too. Lots to sniff at breakfast! And, they loved me there, of course!
The trip was fun, it's nice to visit places that love me and pet me. As with all vacations, it went by much too fast!
